Meet the Team:

Jo Strahan
Managing Director

As an experienced leader in process and Project Management, Jo knows how to create value.
Jo advises predominantly construction clients and other businesses across the supply chain to unlock this value by:

  • Analysing performance
  • Identifying improvements
  • Developing effective solutions

“Data can be very powerful, when smartly captured and used intelligently it is the key to driving success”.

Her goal is to support clients to achieve their values and goals and by aligning these to the way they operate ensuring they become embedded in everything they do.

Jo has worked with a variety of organisations over the last 15 years, including “international blue chip” companies and SMEs. The size of the business does not matter to her; what matters is the capability and enthusiasm of the people in the businesses to embrace Change Through Positive Disruption and to create Value for the business

Jo is a Chartered member of IOSH, and her passion for safety and drive for risk management is evident in her work.

Jo’s varied career has meant she is able to provide specialist advise in the following areas:

Judy Domoney
Business Administrator

Judy is an experienced and highly competent business administrator; she is a team player and always endeavours to provide the highest level of administrative support.

Judy has over 20 years’ experience in Engineering & Construction Administration and Document Control, during this time she has developed a good understanding of project and industry standards and knowledge of project documentation needed.

She has worked with several Electronic Document Management systems, and her experience and knowledge in these systems allows her to find the best ways to utilise and implement these systems to ensure the successful flow of information.

Judy has processed a number of documents and has a knows what works well and what doesn’t, she has used this information when digitalising or automation of forms.

Having worked with project teams, Judy understands the importance of supply chain management and the standards they are required to achieve. Her diligent approach and her knowledge of the industry standards has helped Judy in the evaluation of supply chain pre-qualification information.

Judy’s attention to details, her well organised approach and her broad industry knowledge helps her support teams and deliver great results.

Alison Fordham
Environmental & Sustainability Advisor

Throughout her career Alison has gained a mass of experience and knowledge of Environmental and BREEAM requirements within industry.

Alison is an experienced BREEAM assessor and has carried out a variety of roles to deliver Environmental and BREEAM compliance.

Her ability to see things from a different perspective and her excellent interaction skills allow her to engage with all members of a team who have an input into making the project achieve their Environmental and BREEAM goals as well ensuring she offers as much support as needed to make the process as fluid as possible.

Alison’s and Process Collaborators goal is to help embed an improved culture with constructive criticism and positive action plans using your teams current knowledge alongside our expertise.

With over 10-years worth of experience in Sustainability & Environmental, Alison’s capabilities are vast but her main areas of focus are as follows:

  • Environmental Audits
  • Environmental Site Inspections
  • Sustainability & Environmental Risk Assessments (New & Revised)
  • BREEAM assessments
  • BREEAM advice and guidance

Alison’s positive attitude towards change for the better is infectious and will certainly have your teams ticking and on board and as with any member of the Process Collaborators team, Alison and yourselves will always have the support of the rest of our team if and when needed.

Luke Strahan
Business Development Manager

Luke has gained a lot of experience in his relatively short career in the builder’s merchant and residential development sectors.

During his time in the builder’s merchant sector Luke progressed his career and spent 3 years in a management role. Throughout his time in these roles he gained knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • Leading a team through change
  • Driving performance and achieving KPI’s
  • Health & Safety compliance and governance
  • Implementation of collaborative process’s and new procedures

In a brief time in the residential developer sector Luke bulked up and expanded some of the above knowledge whilst adding other skills along the way including:

  • Supply chain management
  • Document Management Systems and bespoke software programme
  • Procurement and budget management
  • Value engineering
  • Greater understanding of the construction industry

Luke has a positive approach to change; he will always ensure that any change is for the better and then will make it his mission to deliver that change successfully with the support of the teams around him.
